41st Burley Bash

The Burley Bash wil be run on Lake Burlkey Griffin on Sunday 26th Febnruary, following the PNSW Mareathon State Championships (held on the Saturday)

Full details can be found in the attachment, and there are numerous course options (30km, 13km, 5km & 3km) catering for all paddlers.

PaddleNSW Marathon Race draws record numbers at Wagga

Record numbers hit the Murrumbidgee River for Wagga’s leg of the Paddle NSW Marathon Series last Saturday. Wagga Bidgee Canoe Club hosted 140 paddlers as the event returned to the Murrumbidgee after a year at Lake Albert.

Sydney’s Brett Greenwood took out the division one race, while Wagga’s Bruce Graham and Pete Murphy were best of the locals with a second placing in their event.

ICF Club Trophy

The updated points score for the ICF Club Trophy sees MWKC holding off BGCC by only the one point, as we come to the last round of the 2016 series.
LCRK are only a few points behind and could also make a last minute challenge for the Trophy, and even for the "Double" - The Brian Norman and the ICF Club Trophies.
