Lifejacket safety focus on Sydney's waterways - Roads and Maritime Services

Lifejacket safety will be a focus of Boating Safety Officers’ activity on Sydney’s waterways with the launch of a new campaign encouraging everyone to wear lifejackets at all times when on the water.

Kayaking on the Harbour Sunday 24th March

It was a beautiful day on the Sydney Harbour yesterday – I have only been in the role as EO Paddle NSW for 10 days. I made my way to North Sydney yesterday morning at 8.30 to watch the start of the Lifestart event. What a sight that greeted me…the Lifestart Kayak for Kids was centre stage of the harbour.

The ClubGrants Scheme

The ClubGrant Scheme is to ensure that larger registered clubs in NSW contribute to the provision of front-line services to their local communities; and to ensure that the disadvantaged in the community are better positioned to benefit from the substantial contributions made by those clubs.
